Terms and Conditions

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of the treatment will be payable.

If you cancel within 10 hours of your appointment, 100% of the treatment will be payable.

If these are not paid within 24 hours, all future appointments will be cancelled.

No shows will be required to pay 100% of the treatment and will be required to pay a deposit for all future appointments.

I allow 15 minutes for lateness. Arrival any later will result in cancellation of the appointment due to lack of time to complete the treatment.

Repairs will be priced depending on the fixture needed. Anything within 48 hours of the treatment I will fix for free. After 48 hours, you will be charged.
